【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60034specifiesmaximumA-weightedsoundpowerlevelsforfactoryacceptancetestingofrotatingelectricalmachinesinaccordancewithIEC60034-1,havingmethodsofcoolingaccordingtoIEC60034-6anddegreesofprotectionaccordingtoIEC60034-5,andhavingthefollowingcharacteristics:-standarddesign,eithera.c.ord.c,withoutadditionalspecialelectrical,mechanical,oracousticalmodificationsintendedtoreducethenoiselevel;-ratedoutputfrom1kW(orkVA)uptoandincluding5500kW(orkVA);-speednotgreaterthan3750min.Excludedarea.c.motorssuppliedbyconvenors.FortheseconditionsseeIEC60034-17forguidance.NOTES1Thisstandardrecognizestheeconomicreasonfortheavailabilityofstandardnoise-levelmachinesforuseinnon-criticalareasorforusewithsupplementarymeansofnoiseattenuation.2Wherenoiselevelslowerthanthosespecifiedintables1or2arerequired,theseshouldbeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser,asspecialelectrical,mechanical,oracousticaldesignmayinvolveadditionalcost.TheobjectofthisstandardistodeterminemaximumA-weightedsoundpowerlevels,LWAindecibels,dB,forairbornenoiseemittedbyrotatingelectricalmachinesofstandarddesign,asafunctionofpower,speedandload,andtospecifythemethodofmeasurementandthetestconditionsappropriateforthedeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelofthemachinestoprovideastandardizedevaluationofmachinenoiseuptothemaximumspecifiedsoundpowerlevels.Thisstandarddoesnotprovidecorrectionfortheexistenceoftonalcharacteristics.Soundpressurelevelsatadistancefromthemachinemayberequiredinsomeapplications,suchashearingprotectionprograms.However,thisstandardisonlyconcernedwiththephysicalaspectofnoise,toexpresslimitsintermsofsoundpower.Insitusoundpressurecalculationsrequireknowledgeofmachinesize,operatingconditionsandtheenvironmentinwhichthemachineistobeinstalled.Informationforsuchcalculationstakingintoaccountenvironmentalfactorscanbefound,ifneeded,inclassicaltextbooksonacoustics.
