【摘要】:ThispartofISO1452specifiesthecharacteristicsofvalvesmadefromunplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U)forpipingsystemsintendedforwatersupplyandforburiedandabove-grounddrainageandsewerageunderpressure.ItalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO1452.InconjunctionwithISO1452-1,ISO1452-2,ISO1452-3andISO1452-5itisapplicabletoPVC-UvalveswithcomponentsofPVC-U,otherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforthefollowing:a)watermainsandservicesburiedinground;b)conveyanceofwaterabovegroundforbothoutsideandinsidebuildings;c)buriedandabove-grounddrainageandsewerageunderpressure.Itisapplicabletovalvesinpipingsystemsintendedforthesupplyofwaterunderpressureuptoandincluding25°C(coldwater)intendedforhumanconsumptionandforgeneralpurposesaswellasforwastewaterunderpressure.ThispartofISO1452isalsoapplicabletovalvesfortheconveyanceofwaterandwastewateruptoandincluding45°C.Fortemperaturesbetween25°Cand45°C,FigureA.1ofISO1452-2:2009applies.NOTE1Theproducerandtheend-usercancometoagreementonthepossibilitiesofusefortemperaturesabove45°Conacase-by-casebasis.ThispartofISO1452isapplicabletovalvesofthefollowingtypes:-valvesforsolventcementing;-valvesforelastomericringsealjoints;-valvesforflangedjoints.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61188providesinformationonlandpatterngeometriesusedforthesurfaceattachmentofelectroniccomponentswithareaarrayterminationsintheformofsolderballs,soldercolumnsorprotectivecoatedlands.Theintentoftheinformationpresentedhereinistoprovidetheappropriatesize,shapeandtolerancesofsurfacemountlandpatternstoensuresufficientareafortheappropriatesolderjoint,andalsoallowforinspection,testingandreworkingofthosesolderjoints.Eachclausecontainsaspecificsetofcriteriasuchthattheinformationpresentedisconsistent,providinginformationonthecomponent,thecomponentdimensions,thesolderjointdesignandthelandpatterndimensions.Thelandpatterndimensionsarebasedonamathematicalmodelthatestablishesaplatformforasolderjointattachmenttotheprintedboard.Theexistingmodelscreateaplatformthatiscapableofestablishingareliablesolderjointnomatterwhichsolderalloyisusedtomakethatjoint(lead-free,tinlead,etc.).Processrequirementsforsolderreflowaredifferentdependingonthesolderalloyandshouldbeanalyzedsothattheprocessistakingplaceabovetheliquidustemperatureofthealloy,andremainsabovethattemperatureasufficienttimetoformareliablemetallurgicalbond.Areaarraylandpatternsdonotuse"landprotrusion"conceptsandattempttomatchthecharacteristicsofthephysicalanddimensionalterminationproperties.Thereareseveralconfigurationsavailable,asshowninFigure1.However,thetablesprovidedshowonlytheoptimumdimensionacrosstheouterconstructionoftheland.
