【摘要】:ThispartofISO15031givesguidelinesfortheprotectionofroadvehiclemodulesfromunauthorizedintrusionthroughavehiclediagnosticdatalink.Thesesecuritymeasuresoffervehiclemanufacturerstheflexibilitytotailortheirsecuritytotheirownspecificneeds,anddonotexcludeother,additionalmeasures.ThispartofISO15031appliestovehiclemoduleswhosesolid-statememorycontentsareabletobealteredfromoutsidetheelectronicmodulethroughadiagnosticdatacommunicationlink.Suchalterationcouldpotentiallydamageavehicle'selectronicsorothercomponents,placingatriskitscompliancewithgovernmentlegislationorthevehiclemanufacturer'sinterestsinrespectofsecurity.
