【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesobjectives,functionalrequirementsandguidelinesforemergencyresponse(ER)measuresoninstallationsusedforthedevelopmentofoffshorehydrocarbonresources.Itisapplicabletofixedoffshorestructuresorfloatingproduction,storageandoff-takesystems.NOTEFormobileoffshoreunits,theERplansdevelopedinconformancewiththerequirementsandrecommendationsoftheInternationalMaritimeOrganization(IMO)aregenerallyadequateforthenormal,independentoperationoftheunitinmostlocations.ThefollowingaspectsofERplanningaregenerallynotaddressedbyIMOandshouldbespeciallyconsidered:—areaevacuation,e.g.precautionaryevacuationinareasoftropicalrevolvingstorms;—combinedoperationswhereinanintegratedcommandandERsystemshouldbedeveloped;—arcticoperations;—uncontrolledflowfromawell.

【摘要】:(1)EN1993-1-3givesdesignrequirementsforcold-formedmembersandsheeting.Itappliestocold-formedsteelproductsmadefromcoatedoruncoatedhotorcoldrolledsheetorstrip,thathavebeencold-formedbysuchprocessesascold-rolledformingorpress-braking.Itmayalsobeusedforthedesignofprofiledsteelsheetingforcompositesteelandconcreteslabsattheconstructionstage,seeEN1994.Theexecutionofsteelstructuresmadeofcold-formedmembersandsheetingiscoveredinEN1090.(2)Methodsarealsogivenforstressed-skindesignusingsteelsheetingasastructuraldiaphragm.(3)Thispartdoesnotapplytocold-formedcircularandrectangularstructuralhollowsectionssuppliedtoEN10219,forwhichreferenceshouldbemadetoEN1993-1-1andEN1993-1-8.(4)EN1993-1-3givesmethodsfordesignbycalculationandfordesignassistedbytesting.Themethodsfordesignbycalculationapplyonlywithinstatedrangesofmaterialpropertiesandgeometricalproportionsforwhichsufficientexperienceandtestevidenceisavailable.Theselimitationsdonotapplytodesignassistedbytesting.(5)EN1993-1-3doesnotcoverloadarrangementfortestingforloadsduringexecutionandmaintenance.(6)ThecalculationrulesgiveninthisstandardareonlyvalidifthetolerancesofthecoldformedmemberscomplywithEN1090-2
