【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodofexposingtestspecimensofplasticmaterials,freefromallexternalrestraint,toliquidchemicals,andmethodsfordeterminingthechangesinpropertiesresultingfromsuchimmersion.Itdoesnotcoverenvironmentalstresscracking(ESC)whichisdealtwithbyISO4599,ISO4600andISO6252.2Itonlyconsiderstestingbyimmersionoftheentiresurfaceofthetestspecimen.NOTEThismethodmaynotbeappropriateforsimulatingpartialorinfrequentwettingofplastics.3Itisapplicabletoallsolidplasticsthatareavailableintheformofmouldingorextrusionmaterials,plates,tubes,rodsorsheetshavingathicknessgreaterthan0,1mm.Itisnotapplicabletocellularmaterials.note:1)AlthoughitisnotwithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard,itmayalsobeofinterest,whendealingwithvolatileliquidsorthosewhichgiveoffvapours,tosubjectthespecimentoonlythegaseousphaseabovetheliquid.Inthisevent,itisadvisabletoproceedexactlyasindicated,buttosuspendthespecimenabovetheliquid,sealthecontainerandmaintainitatthetesttemperaturethroughout.
